Jimmy Hamer
My name is Jimmy and I have been Personal Training for over 13 years. Thanks to the number of years in the industry I have been able to try out a plethora of training styles and supported a range of goals for my clients. As a result I feel confident in weight loss, Building muscle, improving sports performance and have become a specialist in ante/post natal training, alongside changing my own personal objectives from playing rugby to endurance training for an Ironman.

Hi! I’m James. My work has predominantly been with people who have postural issues, asymmetries and joint pain, however, I have a tendency to enjoy the sports specific side of strength training, with my background in rugby/athletics/swimming. I have successfully prevented people from going down the route of surgery and have facilitated in rehabilitation programming with a few of my sporting clients. Furthermore, I have had the pleasure of training many clients from prenatal to postpartum and beyond!

I’m Stephen, Sports Therapist and Trainer at Hamer Fitness. With my background, I naturally specialise in working with injured individuals or those looking to safely return to exercise following an extended break. I also gravitate towards strength and conditioning in sports performance having spent a brief period at Middlesborough F.C. and helped many other elite athletes across a number of sports since 2015.
