A loveĀ of sport from childhood meant I was destined to work in the fitness industry. Granted my focus has adapted and changed over the years from playing elite sport to an emphasis on fitness for health. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights; it is about stretching, exercise, eating healthily, sleep, hydration, mental well-being and enjoying life with friends and family.
I love helping others transform their bodies and seeing what they are capable of. It is my objective to ensure clients feel motivated, stay accountable and hit their goals; ensuring a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimise the risk of future health related issues.
Over my 13 years in the industry I have gained valuable insight into many areas of personal training and have become a specialist in ante/post natal exercise, Low back pain, sport specific coaching.
Everything I do is to help every person I see to implement their own personal goals and objectives to fit within their every day life without sacrificing time away from their family and without giving up their favourite things all together, I have do this with 10s of people over the past 13 years and will continue to help as many people as I can from all ages and backgrounds!
