We are always looking to adapt training to your needs. At Hamer Fitness we know that a team can motivate each other to achieve more as well as adding an element of competition to training, therefore, small group training is an option you may wish to pursue. All you need to do is get a group of friends, colleagues or family together and discuss with your trainers to find a mutually convenient time for you all.
We use all types of equipment in our fitness classes; kettle bells, slam balls, battle ropes, suspension kits and many more as well as using our own bodyweight to perform functional, plyometric and core exercises.
