Our personal trainers are fun and enthusiastic with a passion for health and fitness. They are determined to help clients reach their personal goals, whether they are to lose weight for a wedding, train aerobically for a marathon or to gain an overall improvement in physical and mental wellbeing. We understand the stresses and strains life can bring, from a new born baby to a high powered job and everything in between; it is important we work with each client to make sure training and nutrition are sustainable and incorporated to compliment a work/life balance.
Utilising personal trainers is an excellent way to focus on your own fitness goals no matter how small they may seem, we employ our own unique views on training and nutrition to achieve each clients’ individual targets ensuring client happiness and wellbeing.
All fees below are based on a one hour training session.
