Tuesday 6pm – 6.45am
Saturday 8:45 – 9.30am

All of fitness classes in Newcastle are circuit based and include a variety of exercises, which challenge the body both aerobically and anaerobically. The class is limited to 6 people to ensure each client is using correct techniques, and thus better results are achieved by all.

We use all types of equipment in our fitness classes; kettle bells, slam balls, battle ropes, suspension kits and many more as well as using our own bodyweight to perform functional, plyometric and core exercises.
